Newsperience was founded in October 2008. The vision is to break with the shortcomings of the knowledge about online users and bring that knowledge to work for businesses worldwide.
The popularity of the social media and the information that people are sharing about themselves could be the key to solving these shortcomings. This is the vision of Newsperience!
The world of social media does not seem to be ideal for business at first sight, as the rules of the game or code of conduct is dialogue / interaction and not traditional marketing. But for those companies really caring about their customers and strives for loyal customers social media might just be the answer. Loyance(tm) is our first solution to bridge the gap between customers and companies offering customers a loyalty program and benefits and the company gets permission based social data of their customers in relation to their products. Customer loyalty and customer retention is one of the areas we will see solutions coming in the near future. Loyance(tm) is such an example.
Far to few companies have taken the leap and our pledge is to assist companies in activating and innovating the social media for them, while respecting the rules of the road that social media users live by.
While we believe that social media is here to stay, they will of course evolve and change over time. One trend that we also believe is necessary to address is the world of mobility. While we will build mobile friendly adapters we are convinced that mobile users require solutions of their own.
